If you're looking for beachfront property in Shirogane, this is the one to get.  The beach is right down the stairs and you've got some tables, torches, and umbrellas on the waterfront. Note: use /doze on the sand piles out front.  The market board is up the stairs and around the corner, but you can also create a path straight to it with creative furniture placement.
