This plot can feel a little bit forced in. The entrance is in the middle of a small path from the main docks to the Kobun Gardens, but you're a quick walk to either one, so even if the placement isn't great, you're still close to wherever you want to go in the ward, including the Market Board at the bottom of the stairs.
