This plot has a great unobstructed view of the beach and docks from your front yard which is even visible at night.  The nearest Market Board is a little bit of a walk compared to other plots.  Just head up the stairs and around the corner.  Outside of your front gate is a small patio with a bench that you share with your neighbor.
