This will be on your left coming up from the main docks.  Your front gate is facing the back of your neighbor's house.  If you want to get to a market board, just head down to the bottom of the hill.  It's not super close, but it's not far either.  If you are standing in the road in front of your house, you can see all the way down to the docks and lake.
