This plot has a small stream and a waterfall set behind it, as well as a nice view of the Amethyst Shallows.  It's the first property located along the path from the housing ward entrance.  Market Board access isn't great, but not the worst, either.  The fastest access is across the bridge across from your property and a short walk down the road.  When you do reach the Market Board, you will be greeted by a nice view of the water with a waterfall in the distance.
