Just up the stairs from the pool, this house has a great view of the central plaza as well as convenient access to it.  The biggest disadvantage of this plot is your distance to the nearest Market Board.  There aren't really any nearby.  The central plaza is probably the closest, but there is water in the way, so you won't be able to take a mount directly to it.
